Making the decision to file bankruptcy is a very stressful situation. Lindsay Torgerson took most of the stress away by explaining very clearly what the steps were, what I was expected to do and what her follow-up would be. She basically held my hand the whole time, and made sure I filled out the necessary paperwork, sent her all the documentation she needed (which was voluminous!), and explained everything more than once. Obviously I have nothing to compare my experience to as this is the first, and only, time I've filed for bankruptcy, but I believe Lindsey did a good job. I called around to several different lawyers in the phone book and found Lindsey to be the most polite sounding on the phone.
