Thomas Schaffer and his Associates are awesome. They were always there to answer any questions. They made my workers compensation case easy for me. I really appreciate them handling my case.
At the beginning, they were great. Towards the end when I was trying to find answers. The attorney was not calling or emailing back my questions to another worker at the office. It took me to get a hold of industrial trade commission directly to find out the answers and then I had e-mailed them and told them I had contacted the industrial trade commission and the paperwork hadn’t even been filed yet and it had been over 30 days.
