Overall, our attorney, Lauren Maxie was very good. Very knowledgeable about estate planning, trusts, and Medicaid qualification and complexities. She was very happy to answer any questions we had in general or specifically about sections of our wills or trusts. If we were to go through the process again, we would have requested more in-person meetings as we feel these allow for more frequent questions and it is easier for all participants to read nonverbal communications than using Google Meet.
