My husband and I reached out to Scott for some advice on what we thought would be a pending lawsuit. He reviewed what we sent him and was able to give us terrific advice and great verbiage to use in our letter. With his help it didn't reach the lawsuit stage. We are grateful for his advice. The experience that I have had with this office has been absolutely incredible. I had brain surgery in January of 2023. Since my surgery, I have had numerous issues arise; from problems with my insurance plan, to incorrect hospital billing, to the lack of proper care by healthcare providers, as well as continued severe headaches and other neurological symptoms post-surgery. Scott has been a friend of the family for many years. Happily, we have not had need of legal services in some time, but we recently had an issue with the management company at an apartment complex where we had taken a short-term rental.
